Holy Ghost

don’t know how much we should change what a child sent in to the Friend.  But in a family vacation this past week we read an old talk by Pres. Faust about the Holy Ghost that might be helpful.  He notes that the HG can “enhance our natural senses.”  So whether or not a good thought originates with the HG, the Spirit can enhance it, so it is not “just my thoughts” as this writer says.  Here is the quote from  Pres. Faust: the HG  “can function as a source of revelation to warn us of impending danger and also help keep us from making mistakes. It can enhance our natural senses so that we can see more clearly, hear more keenly, and remember what we should remember. It is a way of maximizing our happiness.”  Genl Conf. 1989.
